Readers will determine the best in each of the following positions:
Offensive
- Quarterback (1)
- Running backs (2)
- Wide receivers & Tight ends (3)
- Offensive linemen (5)
- Kicker (1)
Defensive
- Defensive linemen (3*)
- Linebackers (3*)
- Defensive backs (3*)
- Punter (1)
* - To allow for different defensive schemes, you can vote for up to four at DL, DB & LB. Top three in each category will be named All-Area and the next two by votes will, as well.
Readers will also name a Player of the Year and Coach of the Year.
All-star teams included are:
* - AP All-State, MaxPreps All-State, All-Southwest Football Conference & Vincennes Sun-Commercial All-Area teams were not available at press time
To be eligible, a player must have been named to one of the above all-star teams and play for a team in Southwestern Indiana (Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Knox, Martin, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh & Warrick counties). Generally, a player must have been named on more than one all-star team to be a finalist, but we'll also accept write-in votes if your favorite player wasn't included.
